We are known for our famous Lunenburg Pudding and Sausage. For those of you new to us Lunenburg Pudding is made by combining beef, pork, and liver, a traditional German food that's similar to pâté and tastes amazing on its own, on a cracker or sauteed in butter. Our South Shore treat originated in the 1940s, the secret recipe has been guarded throughout the years.
